A weapon? I think that's the first time I've heard that analogy... I'd be more inclined to think of the brain as a weapon and the heart as a shield, though. :) Just my 2 cents!
Hm... That is a hard quote to wrap your brain around. I think I desigree that your heart is a "weapon" the SIZE of your fist. And yet again true brotherly and sisterly love is somthing others don't have and understand. So I quess I agree with a quote but I would word it differently.

Hm. Wow...I hardly have a guess; but here goes. While I wouldn't call your heart a weapon, I would say that your heart can fight for truth and can love (and when that happens "out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks", no?).
So basicly...your heart is powerful. Use it if you need to. And what goes on in your heart triggers what goes on outside.
Overall, I kinda think that's a stupid analogy, even though it might be true in some way. :D
